2022 Expedition Power Catamaran

Nautica is a custom long range 'state of the art' high performance catamaran that was designed and constructed by Seacat Ships Co. Built to Australian Commercial Standards 1C (80 Passengers plus 5 crew) / 2B (12 Passengers plus 4 crew overnight). She currently has certification pending for 1C - 32 passengers plus Crew. 

This expedition catamaran is ideal for luxury offshore cruising and is also suited for VIP day and overnight charter operations. She is fitted out for scuba and snorkelling trips out to the Great Barrier Reef with a dive compressor and snorkeling gear

With three levels of comfort on offer, the main deck has three VIP cabins, 1 with private ensuite and 2 with a shared ensuite and Queen Doubles, the rooms are large enough to upgrade to King doubles if required. The large lounge area converts to a fourth bedroom if required. 

There is a large fully equipped galley with Convection Oven, 4 burner cooktop, dishwasher, Microwave, and plenty of refrigeration to keep those all important drinks chilled and a good sized dining area.

The spacious full beam aft deck, offers plenty of space for Al fresco dining / entertainment and has dive bottle storage and davit with dive tender.

On the upper deck there are good sized walk around sides and a large forward area, featuring a plunge pool that can be converted to a day bed and more entertaining space to the aft deck. The helm position is situated forward with a lounge area / two berths aft of this for the crew.

The sunroof has an outdoor control station and area for sun loungers and solar panels.

The exterior finish is all fully faired and painted professionally to give that sleek 'Motor yacht' finish. 

Powered by twin Volvo D13 and IPS drives, she has a top speed of around 30 knots and an economical long range cruising speed of 10 knots that consumes only 46LPH. Large fuel capacity matched with fuel efficient hulls give her an extended range of over 3000 Nautical miles. The slightly raked bow Sea Speed design provides a high performance hull and fuel efficient vessel.
